Allergy Sufferers Take Note!

Allergy Sufferers Take Note! allergy_clo

I love the summer time. The beautiful breezes, the wild flowers, strolls through the woods, breathing in the smell of the pines and listening to the crunch of the brush underneath my feet. Cuddling up to my beautiful Persian cat and listening to her gentle purrs. Playing with my Jack Russell and running my fingers through his fur. Sitting by the camp fire, watching the dancing of the fire through the logs and twigs and roasting marshmallows in the crackling flames. Enjoying all those good things life has to offer.

All of a sudden the good life came to an abrupt end due to major surgery. I had a tumor removed along with other organs in my body which sent my immune system into a tail spin. I began to suffer massive sinus headaches, the pain was unbelievable, my eyes would swell and my nose was congested to the point where life just became unbearable. I was miserable all the time. Even a glass of wine would trigger a migraine and sinus congestion. Several times I had to be rushed to the hospital due to an asthma attack. My life became one of searching and trying to find something that would help. I spent massive amounts of time and money trying different medications and supplements.

In my search for answers I began to understand what causes these negative things to happen within the body. A weakened immune system causes an imbalance in our bodies and we cannot fight off the allergens that attack us. So building up the immune system was the key. But how was I to effectively do that?

I found an herb, a Oriental Mushroom, called Ganoderma Lucidum (Red Reishi). It has been used in Japan and China for over 400 years, making it the oldest mushroom known to be used as medicine. In the Shen Nung Ben Cao Jing - the oldest and most famous medical text on Oriental herbal medicine - Red Reishi is ranked in the top 'Superior' category as the # 1 herb, ahead of ginseng, because of its unique qualities.

* Ganoderma Lucidum is non-toxic
* It is an adaptogen
* It is an immune modulator very high in anti-oxidants
* It puts the body into Alkaline balance, the state which prevents illness
* Ganoderma is a body regulator, it aids weight loss or gain, as needed, to reach normal weight.

After twenty-five years of suffering I am now totally free of the negative effects that was taking away the quality of my life. I am now able to enjoy all the great things that life has to offer including playing with my pets and walking through the woods.

My name is Joan Maxymuik. My quest for knowledge of how to understand my body and the changes that were occurring due to poor health took me on a quest for answers. Understanding the power of preventative measures in coping with our health concerns is crucial in these times we live in. For more information go to my website at http://organojavajoan.com

Your Morning Fix Can Be Enjoyable and Keep You Healthy Too! goodmorning coffee

Several years ago my Doctor told me I had a hiatus hernia and had to eliminate caffeine from my diet. I knew he was right. I had to literally sleep sitting up in bed at night because of extreme heartburn. I was literally hooked on caffeine. If I did not have my caffeine fix first thing in the morning, I would get a booming migraine headache that when triggered would last for days. I was literally miserable and found myself developing insomnia because of not sleeping properly.

One day my friend who knew of my problem called and asked if I would try something that she was drinking to see if it would help me. Reluctantly, I decided to give it a try. What happened to me is another story. The relief I felt just after one cup was mind boggling. I went the entire day feeling good, energetic and not feeling the need of my caffeine fix. I could sleep lying down with only one pillow under my head. I could not believe it. I started to feel better each and every day, no more headaches, no more acid reflux and no more jitters.

So why is caffeine bad for us? images re coffee

1. Caffeine causes our bodies to become acidic. We need to have our bodies in an alkaline state to remain healthy. An alkaline body is a healthy body.

2. Caffeine can cause insomnia which has an adverse effect on the nervous system.

3. Too much caffeine can trigger migraine headaches.

4. Caffeine can cause the growth of cysts in the body. coffee

5. Caffeine causes acid reflux and heartburn.

My name is Joan and I have found a healthy alternative that tastes delicious and gives you a sustained energy without the jitters and caffeine crashes associated with drinking regular coffee. No one wants to give up their morning fix and there is no need to. Just by changing brands you will reap the rewards of a healthier body.

Success is an Attainable Goal

At this moment, in every part of the world, there are those who wonder what they can do to create success. Many will find the magic formula and this will drive them on to new heights and greater achievement but most will continue to wonder, dream and wish. Then, one day, they will

awaken with shock to find themselves standing in the same spot as they were when they dreamed of success, wondering why it had passed them by.

Why does one man or woman succeed and another fail? There is an answer, all success swings on these three phrases:

  1. Inspiration to Action: That which motivates you, or anyone else, to act because you want to.
  2. Know-How: The particular techniques and skills that consistently get results for you. Know-how is the proper application of knowledge. Know-how becomes habit through actual repetitive experience;
  3. Activity Knowledge: Knowledge of the activity, service, product, methods, techniques, and or skills with which you are particularly concerned.

For continuous success, it is necessary to get ready for tomorrow. To get ready for tomorrow, you must be a self-builder. So each and everyone of us has to have a big enough why to inspire us to take the necessary action, to reach the goal that we want to achieve. We have to take the steps needed. Without movement there is no growth.

The first and foremost thing to do is to “Prepare your Mind.” You have to have a positive mental attitude. What the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve. You need to get rid of the negativities your mind focuses on and clear your mind for a new way of thinking. Do what you are afraid to do….. go where you are afraid to go…..When you run away because you are afraid to do something big, you pass opportunity by. You have to develop “go power” and you accumulate go power through doing…experience…action! Keep repeating this thought several times a day “Try to do the right thing because it is the right thing” Condition you mind to stay positive and prepare your mind for success. How? By doing, “Do it now. Just do it.”
